We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance via email, mobile phone, text message. We reserve the right to charge a $35 fee to cover any subsequent adminstrative expenses.
Anyone who either forgoes or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no show". They will be charged the price of the appointment for their "missed" appointment.
Termination of Agreements & Refunds Policy
Both the client and ourselves have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be refunded.
18 and Under Policy
It is the policy of Gosha's Peace & Serenity Massage Spa that any one under the age of 18 years old has a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian to receive any offered service to a minor. It is also requested the any minor under the age of 12 shall be accompanied by a parent or guardian or will be asked to sign a consent form stating, you wish not to be in the room with your minor.
